Francisco Foundation Inc. as training and assessment center is committed to the attainment of quality education and training for the health, social, community development, communication arts and criminal justice workers with its thrusts of excellence, professionalism and service. Moreover, it believes that “Every individual is invaluable in his own right and should e afforded equal opportunities to develop his full potential based on the child’s unique needs.” The right to education cannot be denied a person if only because of his disability.
